Heifer Connect 2.0

In 2019, I traveled to remote villages in Malawi with Heifer International. As a communication consultant, I interviewed participants in agricultural and women’s empowerment projects. Through conversations with each farmer (made possible by a translator), I learned about their upbringings, their hopes and dreams, their fears, and how support from Heifer International has propelled them into the future. I used these interviews along with photos and videos I gathered in the field to create a pilot social media program, connecting donor's directly with the people (and projects) they support.
